As a Senior Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for leveraging AI tools and algorithms to conduct complex data analysis, developing pricing strategies, and generating accurate pricing models. As the Senior Pricing Analyst you will:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze market and industry data, and identify pricing trends and opportunities.
  • Utilize AI and computer science and statistical methodologies to conduct comprehensive pricing analysis, including competitor analysis, cost modeling, and profitability analysis.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models, using AI algorithms, to accurately assess the impact of price changes on revenue, profit margins, and customer behavior.
  • Recommend pricing strategies based on market research, business objectives, and financial goals, using AI-driven insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Finance, and Marketing, to align pricing strategies with business strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of pricing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and adjustment.
  • Research current market trends, competitive pricing strategies, AI advancements, and industry regulations to ensure pricing competitiveness and compliance.
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
  • Business degree, with a specialization in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Actuarial Science. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Completed or in the process of pursuing a related professional designation, including but not limited to CFA, CF, or CPA.
  • Experience as an accounting or finance professional.
  • Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on utilizing AI methodologies, conducting pricing analysis, and developing pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, AI algorithms, and pricing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
  • Proficient in using programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
