Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Definity. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing valuable insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly results, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: CPA designation or equivalent.
