Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious B2B Marketing Specialist to develop and manage the execution of our marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for executing B2B marketing programs, strategies, and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, case studies, email and more.
  • Copywriting: Craft persuasive and high-quality copy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Create and curate content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Direct Outreach: Reach out to potential clients and partners through social media, DMs and other direct communication channels.
  • Operational Tasks: Handle various operational marketing tasks to support the overall strategy and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Advertising Infrastructure: Set up and manage ad campaigns across multiple channels to ensure optimal performance and ROI.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in copywriting and content creation
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies and techniques
  • Skilled in designing marketing materials
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and management

Competencies:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the construction tech industry
