Over-the-Counter Associate

Join our team as an Over-the-Counter Associate at Walmart, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
  • Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products.
  • Zone the department to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Keep the area clean and free of debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
  • Maintain zero pricing errors.
  • Calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process.
