Job Description: The Account Manager acts as the primary contact for clients, ensuring that all aspects of internal procedures are prepared to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves day-to-day contact with clients, proposal development, and delivery for potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Oversee technical services operations, including proposal development and delivery.
  • Schedule and manage quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Take ownership of special projects and client presentations.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage client systems updates and ensure full reporting capability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and work orders.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and oversee billing preparation and collaboration with finance.
  • Document after-hours procedures and contacts for dispatcher access.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Industry experience in HVAC, Electrical, Service Management, Customer Advocacy, and Sales.
  • Proficiency in systems and data collection and reporting experience.
  • Technical and financial business acumen for proposal and report development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Limited travel required based on client footprint and needs.
