**Senior Manager, Partner Relations** A senior leadership role responsible for developing and managing strategic partner relationships, leading multi-disciplinary projects, and ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.

About the BC Liquor Distribution Branch:

The BC Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) is a government agency responsible for the wholesale distribution of liquor and cannabis, operating retail brands BCLIQUOR and BC Cannabis Stores.

The LDB is committed to improving services and ensuring a sustainable province for future generations, generating revenue to fund essential public services like health care, education, and community programming.

About the Corporate Services Team:

The Corporate Services (CS) team plays a critical role in supporting the entire organization, comprised of approximately 70 staff, with a strategic lens focused on ensuring the organization aligns with corporate priorities, policies, and legislation.

About this Role:

The Senior Manager, Partner Relations is responsible for leading the development and management of strategic, high-impact partner relationships, including the management of multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic, high-impact partner relationships
  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with corporate priorities, policies, and legislation

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field, and two (2) years of recent, related experience
  • OR Diploma in business administration, public administration, or a related field and four (4) years of recent, related experience
  • OR A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a government environment
