NTT DATA's Launch is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner to spearhead their expansion in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of experts, working alongside leading brands to drive impactful digital product transformations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Sales to identify and secure new client accounts within the Canadian market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Proactively uncover upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
  • Maintain a vigilant oversight of project progress, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any potential roadblocks.
  • Lead client engagements, fostering open communication and guaranteeing the highest quality of service and deliverables.
  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and technological advancements within the digital product design landscape.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting or IT sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically selling digital product design services to a diverse clientele.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience engaging with Fortune 500 leadership and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Prior exposure to Agile methodologies and their application in software development projects.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of software development processes and best practices.
