Le gestionnaire de compte sera un expert de l'industrie du transport et sera en mesure de saisir les occasions d'affaire. Il prendra en charge sa nouvelle clientèle et ses projets, en gérant toutes les étapes du processus d'expédition. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat doit posséder des aptitudes de vente avec des capacités supérieures de service à la clientèle.

Description de tâches

*Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour toutes les questions spécifiques de vos clients.

*Établir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients.

*Assurer la livraison rapide et réussie des services en fonction des besoins des clients

*Communiquer avec ses collègues opérationnels les besoins des clients en vue d'assurer la croissance avec Titanium.

*Identifier les opportunités de croissance et de développement des ventes.

*Assister les clients dans leurs demandes de renseignement et d'information.

*Développer une nouvelle clientèle.

*Communiquer avec le service de tarification et utiliser les outils en place pour fixer les tarifs aux clients.

*Gérer la ligne de communication pour les demandes des clients.

*Gérer les problèmes qui peuvent survenir en communiquant avec le client.

*Entrer tout client potentiel dans notre CRM

Qualifications requises.

*3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du transport ou de la logistique

*Excellentes compétences en négociation et en service à la clientèle

*Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en Français et en Anglais

*Connaissances approfondies de la Suite Microsoft Office

*Débrouillard, en mode solution.

*Expérience avec les appels à froid (Cold Calling), un atout

*Expérience en courtage en Transport (3PL), un atout
