Family Law Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Clerk to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. Our client, a dynamic and growing boutique law firm in Oakville, is looking for a skilled professional to manage day-to-day operations and provide administrative support.

Your Role:
  • Manage administrative services and support to the team, ensuring efficient workflow and process improvement.
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence, liaise with clients, and review incoming and outgoing mail.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant Family Law experience.
  • Strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Cosmolex, Divorcemate, PCLaw, and Conveyancer, with Teraview as an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and ability to work well in a group setting.
