We are seeking a Guest Service Expert to provide exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced banquet environment.

Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. The Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

The ideal candidate will be on their feet and moving around, managing the menu, and taking a hands-on approach to work. They will be responsible for:

  • Managing the menu and ensuring that guests receive accurate and timely service
  • Providing exceptional service to guests, including setting tables, serving food and drinks, and cleaning work areas and supplies
  • Communicating effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing situations

We are looking for a Guest Service Expert who is:

  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Willing to learn and take on new challenges
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to our guests
  • Team-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
