**Vice President, Pensions Services Job Description**
Seeking a collaborative leader to oversee pension services, drive operational excellence, and foster a client-centric mindset, with a strong background in strategic leadership, client operations, and pension industry expertise.
**About the Role**
As a member of the executive team, the Vice President, Pensions Services will be responsible for:
* **Strategic Vision and Leadership**
+ Partner with the CEO and executive team to set financial and strategic goals
+ Develop business strategies and plans that align with short-term and long-term objectives
* **Operations and Client Service Excellence**
+ Oversee and direct departments to ensure service level standards and business operations exceed established metrics and targets
+ Support the implementation of client strategies for member, employer, and pensioner services
* **Actuarial Services and Policy**
+ Manage the collection and preparation of information to address plan rule changes
+ Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to document proposed plan rule changes
* **Team Engagement**
+ Lead a team by fostering growth and collaboration through coaching and development
+ Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative environment where contributions are recognized
**Ideal Candidate**
* Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a vision-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams
* Strong background in client operations, optimizing processes, and enhancing efficiency
* Advanced knowledge and understanding of the pension industry and competitive climate
**What You Bring to the Role**
* Master's Degree with 5-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, or
* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 10-15 years in senior leadership roles
* Strong background in client operations, optimizing processes, and enhancing efficiency
* Advanced knowledge and understanding of the pension industry and competitive climate
