Job Summary:As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will oversee the work of carpenters and cabinetmakers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks, as well as providing training and guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the work of carpenters and cabinetmakers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Address issues at work and suggest actions to boost output.
- Ensure that safe working conditions are maintained and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
- Prepare and submit reports and timetables as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Our team works in various locations, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will be required to stand, bend, or twist your body, make repetitive motions, handle materials manually, and walk and run as part of your daily tasks.
