Academic Sessional Instructor

This is a part-time academic sessional instructor position for the Actuarial Science course at the University of Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and grading the course, as well as other related duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach the Actuarial Science course to students
- Grade assignments and exams for the course
- Develop and implement course materials and assessments
- Provide feedback to students on their performance
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the Actuarial Science program
- Master's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field
- Two years of experience in the actuarial field
- ACAS or ASA certification
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ph.D. in Actuarial Science or a related field
- Experience in teaching and grading courses
- Knowledge of the Actuarial Science program and curriculum
