Benefits: For up to the first year of employment, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $644.23 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.
Responsibilities:
- Dive into engaging conversations with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Showcase our impressive range of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
- Elevate the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and detailed product demonstrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
- Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing to the overall success of Land Rover Moncton.
Requirements:
- Passionate about the automotive industry.
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
- Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous client service experience.
- Well-organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to provide an acceptable driver's abstract.
