Summary: Plan and book travel experiences for customers, utilizing expertise and sales skills to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
As a Travel Sales Consultant in a customer-facing retail store, you will help plan, book, and coordinate your customers' next amazing travel experience. You'll work towards KPIs and commission targets, building customer relationships and satisfaction is critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create personalized travel itineraries for customers
- Use travel expertise to make recommendations and provide solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Meet sales targets and KPIs through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate booking systems and manage customer transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Experience in retail or customer service with a sales focus
- Proven track record of meeting sales or customer service goals
- International travel experience
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in using complex systems
