About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at Flight Centre in Victoria, BC. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating travel experiences for our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their travel needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure their travel dreams come true.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized travel recommendations and book travel arrangements
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs to drive business growth

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Experience in retail or customer service with a sales focus
  • Proven track record of meeting sales or customer service goals
  • International travel experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in using complex systems
