Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer expert advice on our banking products and services, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
