Personal Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of personal banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our personal banking products and services, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
- Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, in a accurate and efficient manner.
- Branch Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other branch team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong product knowledge and transaction processing skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
