Snaplii is a leading Digital Wallet platform that has redefined the way Users and Merchants engage for more efficient communication. Our platform offers value-added features, including secure credit card payments, a curated list of favorite merchants, cash-back card options, data-driven marketing solutions, and a thriving gift card business. About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Growth Marketer who is an experienced and creative individual who can seek new and innovative ways to grow the product and increase app engagement. This role is a highly cross-functional role and plays a very strategic role for the future of Snaplii. Not only are we looking for someone that is comfortable building effective MVPs (0 -1), but we would like this individual to help scale the product and features that we find successful. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and building features at all levels of the stack.
You Will:
- Plan and strategize internal and external growth initiatives
- Analyze current data, discover bottlenecks in its implementation, and create a growth-driven process for the team to utilize
- Exponentially increase growth in Snaplii through testing out numerous lean experiments
- Collaborate with the product and business team to help build out feature sets that reflect user needs found within our data
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data.
- Always be on the hunt for and testing new growth opportunities – including testing new channel and acquisition opportunities, with a focus on deriving robust and reliable insights
- Work closely with tech, product & design teams to build and implement marketing initiatives, ensuring teams working towards clear goals, deliverables & timelines
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven record of experience in growth marketing/hacking
- Solid project management skills; ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional team members, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
- Stay intellectually curious, user-centric thinking, seeing the users and real-life scenarios behind the data
- Execution ability and experience taking a concept from idea to launch; willing to roll up sleeves where needed
- Adaptability and ability to be part of a rapidly growing environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion in payment/Fintech
