Customer Management:
- Guide customers through the aircraft acquisition and completion process.
- Focus on customer experience and manage-to-contract.

- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Scheduling and Planning:
- Develop completions schedules for assigned projects.

- Keep project teams, customers, and leadership informed on changing project requirements.
Project Budgeting and Project Control:
- Develop project budgets with inputs from functional departments.
- Verify budget inputs using actuals from previous similar projects.
- Check overall validity of budget inputs.
- Adjust budget based on change orders.
- Track Cost Performance Indicator (CPI).
R&D and Project Management:
- Prepare business cases for new engineering development projects.
- Prepare Customer Quotes for new STC development work.
- Monitor project progress and budget.
Contract Management:
- Early involvement in the offer/proposal/sales phase.
- Support sales and offer teams with technical advice.
- Full ownership of contract from early in the process to completion.
- Conduct (Pre-)Contract Review meetings with the Project Team.
- Real-time and accurate tracking of contractual changes.
Education and Job Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project/Program Management Certification.
Experience and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in aerospace project management, including aircraft completions, maintenance, and repair.
- Knowledgeable in Transport Canada regulations.
- Financial experience for budgeting purposes.
- Technical experience to comprehend technical data packages.
Knowledge, Skills, and Demonstrated Capabilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Proactive in identifying risks and appropriate mitigations.
- Able to take initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally when required.
- Able to handle high-stress situations and maintain performance of daily activities.
- Fast learner and adapter.
