Join Walmart Canada's team as an Overnight Lead and gain valuable experience in the retail industry. As a Lead Department Manager - Overnights, you will lead a team by adhering to the basic beliefs and values of Walmart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing direction and coordination of Overnight Stocking, ensuring priorities are met.
  • Assess store presentation and appearance, identifying areas for improvement and executing merchandising display changes as needed.
  • Ensure defective merchandise is removed and stored properly.
  • Take responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager.
  • Inspect assigned areas to ensure adequate security and physical facilities are in compliance.
  • Participate in training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results.
Requirements:
  • Age: 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications:
