Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager - Marketing and Sales to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product portfolio strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability through effective marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Portfolio Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive product portfolio strategy that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our product portfolio.
- Marketing and Sales Strategy: Develop and execute marketing and sales plans that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and competitive product supply chain.
- Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Commerce, or Business Administration with a focus on marketing.
- Experience: 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in the agriculture industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
