Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medicine department at Fraser Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interprofessional care team, and promoting a culture of respect, caring, and trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
