We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Reservations Manager to join our team at Montréal Marriott Château Champlain. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for leading the reservations department and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership: Manage the reservations department, including planning, training, and performance support.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate prompt, quality, and efficient service to internal and external customers, including groups and individuals.
  • Operational Optimization: Optimize operational and tactical procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Group Requests: Manage all requests from the convention service team regarding group needs.
  • Block and Package Management: Create and manage blocks and packages to meet customer needs.
  • Revenue Management Support: Assist the Revenue Manager with all related tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in the hotel industry in a similar position.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software and analytical mind.
  • Language: Bilingualism (French-English) is required for this position.
