Job Title: Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Dufferin Construction, a CRH Company.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and executing prime contracts, maintaining subcontract compliance requirements, and processing invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and execute prime contracts to ensure risks are identified and meet DCC guidelines.
  • Generate and execute subcontract agreements.
  • Maintain subcontract compliance requirements during the life of the project.
  • Process invoices and payments within View Point (ERP System) and submit to customers.
  • Support project teams by facilitating inquiries and assisting with processing issues.
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary School Diploma in business or accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with View Point or comparable ERP is considered an asset.
  • SAP experience is an asset.
  • Ability to coordinate and professionally communicate with direct team members, project managers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • A high level of customer service is required.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel.
