Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our team at Dufferin Construction, a CRH Company.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and executing prime contracts, maintaining subcontract compliance requirements, and processing invoices and payments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in construction services and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and execute prime contracts and compliance documents
- Maintain subcontract compliance requirements
- Process invoices and payments
- Support project teams with inquiries and issue resolution
- Post-secondary school diploma in business or accounting
- Experience with View Point or comparable ERP systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
