Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

At Allied Therapy Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Halifax. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and providing quality care within the scope of practice to clients by providing evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of communication disorders (speech and language impairments), cognitive-communication disorders, voice disorders, pragmatic disorders, social communication difficulties, and swallowing disorders across the lifespan.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in speech-language pathology or an equivalent
  • Registration and membership in good standing with NSCASLP
  • Full computer literacy and ability to learn new technology
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations
