As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with the materials team to support project planning, execution, and review. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities
  • Assisting project managers with project-related tasks
  • Responding to client and business partner inquiries
  • Performing general administrative and record-keeping functions
  • Assisting with project invoicing and payment follow-up
  • Preparing proposals and cost estimates for upcoming projects

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 4-5 years of experience in an engineering environment (asset)
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent English language skills, oral and written
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member in a dynamic environment
