Retail Business Manager
The Retail Business Manager is a key client service position responsible for all aspects of day-to-day client management and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and margin delivery
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement Retail programs and services that deliver results
- Drive growth with existing clients and foster new business opportunities
- Identify and drive key initiatives that deliver mutually beneficial results for Acosta and clients
- Partner with the Syndicated Retail sales team and Internal Operations leaders to develop action-oriented Retail strategies
- Outline data reporting requirements, analyze business results, and report key insights to shape future strategy
- Manage communication between clients and Retail teams
- Monitor and communicate with key stakeholders on new product introductions, programming changes, training initiatives, and special needs
- Respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner, balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance
- Seek out and share best practices
- Support new business development and other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of account management or operation/management experience in a broker environment or any similar combination of education and experience
- Excellent relationship building skills and proven success in relationship building and management
- Initiative-taker with outstanding organizational skills and strong abilities to multitask and prioritize
- Experience developing, tracking, and monitoring cross-functional processes (requiring a proficiency in Excel)
- Experience in anticipating client needs and developing solutions
- Experience in Grocery or Walmart preferred
- Bilingual in English and French preferred but not required
