We're looking for a fleet and optimization lead that can oversee the ongoing unit and fleet needs of our outfitter network in addition to our growing optimization initiatives. The lead will be responsible for all aspects of our order process, product planning and network fleet coordination. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to take on new challenges to help build and scale the business.

The lead will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to oversee and ensure the Uncharted Society business and network are properly supported with the necessary fleet resources. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to improve processes to build the Uncharted Society direct network.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Work with the market planning teams to ensure priority for Uncharted Society reserve and unit allocation, communicating key business needs and opportunities. Position Uncharted Society as contributor to overall BRP inventory management.
  • Forecast business fleet needs using historical, current and forward-looking demand in a data-driven manner, allowing for consultative discussions with the network. Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Track performance KPIs for unit sales, parts, accessories and apparel sales, reserve utilization, as well as order participation.
  • As keeper of the fleet, set up regular touch points with account executives to manage expectations and understand market needs that correlate to unit reserve.
  • Support network knowledge with fleet binder support, communications with fleet and product changes, including new product launch and annual model year line up.
    - 100% accuracy for fleet pricing, finance codes, order forms and order process.
  • Develop, optimize and continually improve the processes for managing fleet and tracking orders.
    - Prepare business for growth, including additional resources as needed.
  • Oversee auction process, ensuring BRP return on assets is optimized.
  • Support global direct growth initiatives by providing process and fleet support tools/resources.
  • Work closely with ongoing optimization initiatives to drive engagement of the network.
  • Contribute to team culture, supporting new initiatives and projects.

  • 50% Order management, systems and process oversight
  • 25% Forecasting, reporting and systems tracking
  • 15% Project work
  • 10% Communications and team development

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations or equivalent.
  • Experience with key business systems and database, ability to use tools effectively.
  • Understanding of BRP products and industry.
  • Computer skills including MS Office, Google suite.
  • Good understanding of CRM software and importance of data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Independence and flexibility, ability to take initiative and adapt to changes.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
