What is the Opportunity?
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day operational queries and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support for operational queries and issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve daily operational challenges and ensure seamless client service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Participate in virtual client teams, representing Client Operations and contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other operational teams to resolve daily operational issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Provide support to other internal teams as defined in SLAs.
- Stay up-to-date on global customer expectations and satisfaction levels, ensuring alignment with RBC's service standards.
- Audit coordination and follow-up to ensure compliance and quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English is required to serve clients with diverse language needs.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on client service and operations.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives, managing cross-functional relationships, and driving results.
- Investor service operations experience, with a strong understanding of client processing and service delivery.

- University degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or a related discipline.
