Our strategically positioned facilities, including grain elevators, rail sidings, inland terminals, and specialized export terminals, ensure that we effectively match producer grain with the needs of both domestic and export end users. Day to DayCommunicate and align current and future needs with railways and schedule as per customer and vessel requirements.Collaborate with P&H locations and related departments to ensure timely execution of sales and shipments. Manage private car contracts and accessorial charges from railways.Validate and submit railway invoice payments, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Prepare and verify customs documents, customer orders, rail service plans and daily reports. Update internal systems and maintain reports detailing shipment statuses, current rates, and data trends. Maintain seamless integration with other departments, fostering a culture of respect and a positive, progressive environment for all employees and customers. QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination, with strong negotiation and strategic planning skills. Post-secondary education in a related field such as AgriBusiness or Business Administration.Experience or knowledge in the agricultural industry, particularly with commodities, is an asset.Outstanding customer service, and communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Strong analytical skills to proactively identify issues and provide viable solutions to problems.Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Application Suite, with a high proficiency in Excel and the ability to adapt to new software's. Work and grow with a family-owned company.
