Healthcare Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic planning, organization, direction, leadership, coordination, education, evaluation, and communication with professionals and care groups across the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assistance and support to the Manager for the overall administration of services within the department/program.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Develop and maintain practice standards, clinical/client education, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in research activities to improve healthcare services.
- Two (2) years experience in management/administration/supervision.
- Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin), Bachelor of Commerce (BComm), Health Care Administration diploma, or Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable.
