Consumables Lead Department Manager

Join our team at Walmart as a Consumable Associate and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Consumable Departments.
Job Summary:As a Consumable Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, assisting with task completion, and maintaining a high level of presentation in our Consumable Departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist in providing direction and coordinating task completion as per communicated priorities from the Consumables Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
- Assess and maintain the overall presentation of Consumable Departments, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes as required.
- Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
- Support with scheduling and assign associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.
- Participate in the training and development of Consumable Associates, providing feedback as needed.
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures.
