The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of culinary management and coaching skills. They will be responsible for:

  • Selecting, training, and developing a team in tandem with the Chef de Cuisine
  • Managing inventory, food, and labour costs
  • Ensuring all meals are prepared and presented according to specifications
  • Serving as a leader and mentor within the restaurant team
  • Creating and executing seasonal menu innovation with the Culinary team
  • Protecting the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and proper food handling procedures

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Valid BC Foodsafe Certification
  • Prior experience in the restaurant industry
