Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at JSP Insurance & Financial Services located in Brampton, ON. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Three years experience working in P & C insurance
  • RIBO License is a great asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent
