The Vice President 0perations will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of ClearBlue Infrastructure Group Inc. They will be responsible for driving the company's operational excellence, ensuring project delivery, cultivating high-performing teams, and enhancing overall profitability. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the construction program/project management industry and a vision to lead the company into its next growth phase.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Leadership:
  • Drive operational strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement tools and processes that guarantee timely and superior project delivery.
  • Architect a best-in-class operational framework based on predictive analytics to foresee and mitigate project bottlenecks.
  1. Project Management Oversight:
  • Regularly review project progress, ensuring they adhere to quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Establish and promote risk management practices, safeguarding projects from potential pitfalls.
  • Implement advanced project management software that integrates AI and machine learning for real-time tracking and agile decision-making.
  • Initiate a "Command Center" that provides real-time oversight for all ongoing projects, equipped with data analytics and predictive modeling.
  1. Team Leadership & Development:
  • Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performance operations team.
  • Implement metrics, KPIs, Score Cards / evaluation systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and roll out a High-Performance Team (HPT) framework, with a focus on KPI-driven performance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure financial controls are robust, eliminating revenue leakages.
  • Spearhead initiatives that maximize profitability and optimize operational costs.
  • Introduce dynamic pricing strategies based on real-time market data to optimize profitability.
  • Employ the Balanced Scorecard methodology to ensure that performance metrics are aligned with the company's financial goals.
  • Scrutinize and approve project budgets and purchasing, ensuring tight financial controls to meet or exceed target margins.
  • Ensure all project financials are double-checked and approved by both the finance department and the COO before finalization and that Pos are in place.
  1. Strategic Growth:
  • Collaborate with executive teams to crystallize and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Identify new market potentials, guiding the company's expansion and diversification efforts.
  • Evaluate and establish strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors to fortify supply chain resilience.
  • Implement a resource optimization model that employs dynamic allocation based on project requirements and timelines.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Champion initiatives that guarantee client satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Develop a Customer Retention Management system that integrates feedback loops and predictive analytics.
  • Lead initiatives to achieve top-tier industry rankings in customer service.
  1. Innovation and Process Improvement:
  • Lead the integration of innovative AI Project management technologies and practices that position the company as an industry pacesetter.
  • Regularly evaluate and refine operational processes, ensuring the company remains at the cutting edge of efficiency and profitability.
  1. Compliance & Safety:
  • Champion safety protocols, ensuring all operations adhere to industry and legal standards.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, guaranteeing company-wide compliance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the construction project management industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and financial profitability.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational transformation.
  • Proficient in data analytics, performance metric systems, and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
