Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of one of our key client accounts. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing a team of brand ambassadors and overseeing our outreach efforts to generate signups for our client’s platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in lead generation and account management.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management:
- Manage a single key client account, ensuring all campaign deliverables are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client, providing regular updates and insights.
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of 15-20 brand ambassadors to generate high-quality leads.
- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the team meets performance goals.
- Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization:
- Leverage brand ambassadors and existing outreach strategies to identify prospective users.
- Develop and implement new systems to bring more users into the top of the funnel.
- User Engagement:
- Set up prospective calls or facilitate direct user signups.
- Keep detailed records of where leads originated, who closed the deal, and other relevant metrics.
- Strategic Contribution:
- Analyze performance data to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader company goals.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, ideally in a marketing or growth-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
