Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage and track the entire recruitment process using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech Industry Experience
  • Must be a Canadian National or should have active work permit
