Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the full spectrum of procurement activities (specification, sourcing, analysis, negotiation, delivery) and ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures at all times during procurement activities.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and manage cooperations with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
  3. Assess and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, including supplier reliability and market volatility.
  4. Provide administrative, functional, and project support to optimize procurement services and improve procurement process efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles; basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies is an added advantage.
  3. Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and organizational needs.
  4. Hard Skills: MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP System.
