About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Certified IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth coordination and communication between different teams using a wide range of Microsoft products, managing user setups, permissions, and security, while also providing support for CRM and pharmacy tools. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Suite integration, experience with at least 1-2 system implementations, and network security knowledge using tools like Microsoft Defender.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Coordination: Coordinate the smooth flow of information and communication between teams across multiple locations using Microsoft tools such as Microsoft Teams, Planner, Microsoft Projects, and SharePoint.
  • User Management: Set up users, manage permissions, and configure user access to ensure clean and organized communication channels across the company.
  • Microsoft Suite Integration: Implement and integrate Microsoft products, including Teams, SharePoint, and Planner, to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
  • Security Management: Set up and manage security protocols using Microsoft Defender and ensure compliance with security policies. Manage access controls and permissions for users and groups.
  • Implementation & Support: Lead or assist with at least 1-2 system implementations, focusing on Microsoft tools and the broader IT infrastructure. Provide ongoing support for CRM, pharmacy tools, and other technical systems.
  • Ticketing and Troubleshooting: Manage IT ticketing systems, troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft products, and provide technical support for login and access-related problems.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as the go-to Microsoft IT Specialist, providing training and assistance to teams across the organization. Work closely with staff to foresee and resolve any potential technical issues.
  • Profile and System Setup: Rebuild user profiles, set up systems, and manage login credentials and access points for seamless operations.
  • Self-Learning: Continuously stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies, security protocols, and best practices.

Required Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100, MD-101).
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Suite Integration and setup, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Planner.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, particularly using Microsoft Defender.
  • Experience managing user profiles, permissions, and access across various teams.
  • Experience with 1-2 system implementations in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foresee and address potential technical issues.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and apply new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in CRM systems and tools specific to the pharmacy industry.
  • Familiarity with ticketing services and troubleshooting user-related issues.
