- Strategic HR Planning: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and manage talent, workforce, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee issues, oversee investigations into complaints, and foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Performance Management: Administer and oversee the performance management process, ensure alignment with business objectives, and support managers with performance issues.
- Program Implementation and Change Management: Lead program implementations and change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, effective communication, and necessary training.
