Job Overview:


Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fractional CFO


The successful candidate will provide expert financial guidance and support to the company's clients, helping them achieve their business goals and maintain strong financial health.


Key Responsibilities:

● Provide strategic financial leadership and insights to clients.

● Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to each client's needs.

● Oversee clients' financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.

● Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements for clients.

● Advise clients on cash flow management, capital expenditure, and risk management processes.

● Coordinate and lead the annual audit process for clients, liaising with external auditors and their finance teams.

● Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures for clients.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred.

● Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Director, or in a senior financial leadership role.

● Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

● High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, financial modeling software).
