ROLE/DESCRIPTION

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity. As a Financial Associate, you work within a 100% commission compensation structure. You will be supported and coached by an existing team of Financial Associates, Senior Managers, and qualified Executive Directors.


Candidates submitting their resumes for this position will be considered for opportunities as part of Experior Financial Group throughout the USA and Canada, with the flexibility to work 100% remotely or use our office locations for client meetings.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Initiate, develop, and foster a network of successful individuals, families, and business owners, with the goal of ultimately managing their financial plans, while seeking out new clients through referrals. You will be trained on this.

· Provide clients with a consultation to determine their current financial situation, and create a customized plan to improve their finances in all areas using our analysis software.

· Based on their individualized needs analysis, the financial associate prepares recommendations for customized financial solutions to current and potential customers.

· Help clients identify risk and manage it appropriately, by understanding the latest developments in the financial world and sharing with client’s information that can help them make informed decisions.

· Comply with all the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.



SKILLS REQUIRED:

- The passion and entrepreneurial mindset to influence clients to understand our financial product offerings and build a book of clients, primarily through networking, prospecting referrals, seminars, etc.

- A strong work ethic and commitment to a career as an Associate or Brokerage Owner.

- Recognition of the value of hard work and investing time to build a successful business.

- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints, and follow up.

- Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner.

- Ability to establish relationships with new and existing clients, gain insights into their unique needs through conversations, and establish a trusting rapport that leads to long-term business partnerships.


- Previous experience in sales, finance and insurance, or customer service is an asset.

- Insurance licenses are an asset.
