Your New Role

As a Junior Litigation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's litigation team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with case preparation, managing legal documents, and performing some receptionist duties. This role requires you to be in the office five days a week, ensuring smooth operations and client interactions. This is a great opportunity for junior legal assistants looking to advance their careers in a reputable firm.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with case preparation and management.
  • Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
  • Filing and organizing legal documents.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Communicating with clients and other parties.
  • Performing receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting clients.
  • Supporting attorneys with various administrative tasks.



What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
