As the Influencer Partnerships Manager, you will be part of a company that welcomes and cultivates innovative ideas and approaches. Must be well-organized, strategic, a strong and savvy communicator and relationship builder who lives and breathes beauty, has a keen eye for content, and understands the world of influencers and content creators.

Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Communications Director, the Influencer Partnerships Manager will be responsible for influencer initiatives across all MAV brands.

Influencer Management:

Developing and executing strategies to identify and engage with high-quality creators that are well aligned to each brand and grow our community of influencers through strong relationship building:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies in line with the company's overall marketing and branding goals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers & talent agencies across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Management and execution of in-house paid influencer campaigns including campaign shortlisting, influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, creative briefs, product education, etc.
  • Manage influencer budgets, contracts, and campaign timelines to ensure smooth execution and adherence to KPIs.
  • Experience in negotiations. Will be negotiating partner agreements while working closely with Marketing Comms team to secure paid usage rights.

Measurement:

  • Analyze & report on the performance to quantify the effective of campaigns and drive scalable learnings to apply to future campaigns.
  • Led post campaign reporting including organic and paid results as well as content learnings to impact future campaigns.
  • Develop, track, and maintain influencer and creator databases.
  • Monitor and manage budget allocated to content creation including collaboration with Marketing Comms Director on influencer budgets.

Agency Management:

  • Manage influencer agency partners for any campaigns not managed in-house to ensure a fluid process of delivering on-brand campaigns with maximum impact, aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as main liaison between Marketing Communications/Brand Teams on any agency led influencer engagements.

Key Qualifications:

  • A balance of strong organizational, project management, and excellent design aesthetic are required in combination with effective communication and interpersonal skills for the candidate in this position to succeed.
  • Strong ability in negotiations.
  • 7+ years' experience in Beauty with at least 5 years in influencer marketing role.
  • Great relationship builder with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Influencer contracts and usage agreements.
  • Strong collaborator who takes direction well and is a team-player.
  • Able to multitask and pivot quickly and adapt easily to strategy or deadline changes.
  • Knowledge of category (major competitors, target users, industry trends.)
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to build and give impactful and influential presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media/influencer reporting tools.
