Our AI client is looking for a Director of Product/ UX Design to join their team on a fulltime basis. They are looking for someone with SaaS or AI experience, who will own Product Design and Strategy.
Open to candidates in Vancouver, Seattle, SF and LA (PST).
You will:
- Drive roadmap planning, KPIs and execution for new and existing services that help meet customer demands and revenue goals
- Identify new opportunities and areas of investment to build innovative products.
- Partner closely with the leaders of product, engineering, content, customer experience and sales to ship impactful, high quality products.
- Lead a team of product designers and researchers to execute on company goals. You will lead through all stages of the product development life-cycle.
- Roll up your sleeves and design, if necessary.
What is needed in this role:
- 8+ years of relevant, hands-on product and executive leadership experience in multiple companies and demonstrated success at leading SaaS products and platforms.
- 5+ years experience leading and growing a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, & UX designers, and working alongside Engineering and other cross-functional teams (Sales, CX, Marketing, etc.)
- Open to candidates on PST (can be in the US or Canada).
