Product Design Director

Highspot is seeking a seasoned Product Design Director to lead our design team in creating world-class software products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the design vision and strategy for our products, collaborating closely with engineering and product management to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a design vision that aligns with Highspot's product strategy and goals
- Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements
- Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Design and develop Design Systems to ensure consistency and scalability
- Partner with engineering to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively
- 10+ years of experience in designing world-class software products
- 5+ years of experience in managing multiple designers
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and Design Systems
- Fluency in Figma and industry-standard design tools
- Experience working with agile development teams and enterprise software products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
Base salary range: $154,783 - $208,696. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation. Highspot offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life benefits, as well as a Group Retirement Savings Plan and flexible PTO.
