Product Design Director

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Product Design Director to lead our product design team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for setting the high-level design vision for our products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs to life.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and users to inform design decisions.
- Lead the design team in creating high-quality, user-centered designs that meet business goals and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation and iteration.
- Mentor and guide designers to help them grow in their careers and achieve their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web platforms, apps, or related digital products.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools like Figma or others.
- General awareness of web and mobile technology (i.e., JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
- Collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
