As we continue to grow, we continue to strengthen our FP&A capabilities. We are looking for an FP&A Director to support our Airlines & Fleets (A&F) sector.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain the Control Environment
- Preparation & consolidation of monthly reporting packages including management presentations, key performance indicators, forecasts & variance analysis.
- Ensure business KPIs (corporate scorecard) and data are accurate and effectively distributed to key stakeholders.
- Oversee the management reporting structure in the Company’s Oracle ERP (Financial Statement Generation – FSG)
- Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including program management, consolidation and analysis
- Assist with FP&A integration activities related to acquisitions and corporate strategy
- Partnering
- Partner cross-functionally/sectors to generate accurate financial and business reporting and to understand drivers vs. prior forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP) and prior years
- Drive alignment between the Sales, Operations and Finance teams in optimizing load/capacity balancing, resourcing and cost conscious focus on scalable growth
- Coordinate with finance leadership team to align with FP&A directives/initiatives, driving alignment across the global finance organization
- Support the ongoing data requests of the Group CFO, Sector President + VP Finance and Corporate VP FP&A
- Champion continuous improvement & efficiencies in FP&A activities; partner with site business units to implement process improvement initiatives
What skills you will require:
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A with proven ability to communicate results to senior executives in a timely manner
- 3+ years of financial leadership at the management level
- Advanced analytical & financial modeling skills
- High degree of proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint, with a passion to optimize digital solutions in transforming data to provide real-time decision support
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills & ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate responsibilities in an effective & efficient manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and develop ad hoc, unstructured analysis
Preferred characteristics:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (or MBA); CPA designation preferred but not required
- Aerospace finance experience, preferably with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO), Airline, Asset Management or associated vendor/supplier to the aerospace industry
